How to change the personal contact information that the system automatically proposes?
The contact details must be verified, and if necessary modified, on the Online Instances portal before proceeding with the compilation of the application, since the instance proposes them that they cannot be modified. To verify its correctness, the interested party must access the functions of the Service, function Change contact information.
Is there an order of compilation of the different sections?
Yes. The section “Choosing Profiles and Access Methods” must be completed as a priority, from which the application will propose the fields to be completed in the corresponding evaluation table.
Once the application is submitted, can I modify it before the deadline?
Yes, the application can be modified as long as it is within the deadline for submitting applications established by Ministerial Decree no. 50 of March 3, 2021.
If the request was previously submitted, the resubmission must be canceled in advance. This operation can be done by accessing the application always using the “go to compilation” button; When you log in, the system will search for a request that has already been submitted and will ask you if you want to view or cancel it. In the latter case, it will cancel the previous shipment and allow the access to be updated.
How can the data already entered in a section be modified / deleted?
By clicking on the “available actions” button in correspondence with the section of interest, it will be possible to view, modify and / or delete the data already entered.
How to change the province that I have selected in the launch phase of the application?
Substitution of the province is possible without any restriction if the choice of the school to which the application has been submitted has not yet been made and the section of sites that can be expressed for the purposes of rankings has not yet been completed of schools. If, on the contrary, any of these sections has already been completed, the system will send a message inviting them to be deleted before changing province.
What data is preloaded in the system?
They are precompiled by the system and cannot be modified:
- Personal information
- Contact details (to change, see FAQ B – “How to change personal contact details”)
- Data from previous rankings
- Services already declared in the previous three years
They are preloaded and editable:
- The data of the residence, pre-established with the address.
- The qualifications and access methods and additional qualifications that can be evaluated for the profiles that are confirmed / updated
- Known IT certifications
They are preloaded and editable:
- The data of the services present in the database of the Information System of the Ministry of Education. In the case that profiles are inserted, all the applicant’s services will be preloaded while in the case of an update only the AS 2017/18 services will be preloaded

What are the opening and closing dates of the functions to fill out the application?
The dates are established by Ministerial Decree n. 50 on March 3, 2021. The opening is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. on March 22 to 11:59 p.m. on April 22, 2021.
What services are available in the application and which ones must be entered on time?
The non-permanent state services of the school personnel provided in the schools of the Italian territory, managed by the Educational Information System, were preloaded in the application (these data were downloaded from the SIDI on February 26, 2021 at 10:00); it must be selected and completed by the person concerned.
There are no services of all other types.
What profile should I indicate in the services section?
The services read from the SIDI personal file and proposed by the system have been updated and referred to the profile that guarantees the best assessment for the interested party. By analogy, the applicant who has provided the service in private schools, and who therefore must promptly indicate it, will indicate the profile in which the service allows the most favorable assessment. The service must be indicated only once for all requested profiles and will automatically revert to any other requested profile.
Can the IT certification “IDCert Specialized level”, issued by the company Idcert Srl, be evaluated as part of the procedure?
Yes, after the opinion of the General Directorate of Information Systems and Statistics, the assessment, within the scope of this procedure, of the “IDCert level Specialized” certification, issued by the company Idcert Srl, is recognized.
