CARRARA – Massive state police bombing this morning in Carrara. From the first light of dawn, some fifty agents of the Carrara Police Station, together with the personnel of the Flying Brigade, the Digos and the Flying Brigades of the Massa-Carrara Police Headquarters, carried out various precautionary measures against the youth. responsible for the attacks on policemen and police on the night of August 23 in Marina di Carrara.

The aforementioned measures ordered by the judicial authority consist of 12 residence obligations in the territory of the province of Massa-Carrara, together with the obligation to stay at home from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and the obligation to present it to the police offices for signature twice a day during the day, and 4 additional reporting obligations twice a day at the offices of the judicial police.
The suspects, including three girls, all residents of the city of marble, have an age ranging from 18 to 32 years, some of them have a police record for crimes against property and against the person.
During house searches, gloves that had been stolen during the attack on one of the agents were found in the home of one of the suspects, while small amounts of hashish and marijuana were found in three other homes. Finally, the violations inherent to the anti-covid-19 measures were imputed to the sixteen suspects.
THE INVESTIGATIONS
The truthful viewing of the videos acquired from social networks and from the cameras of the Municipality has allowed the Carrara Commissioner investigators to reconstruct and document, in its entirety, the dynamics of the events (HERE the details), crystallizing the scene, allowing the identification of 16 young people and outlining the illicit conduct of each of the subjects mentioned during the dynamic of the events. This activity was carried out by the police officers of the Judicial Police team working incessantly for five days, with the help and in synergy with the other offices of the Police Station, allowing the event to be crystallized in a detailed manner, reconstructing each post, all summarized in information. referred to the Public Ministry of Massa-Carrara.
In the particular case in question, in retrospect, in addition to the moral contribution that each one has provided through their individual conduct of incitement and verbal aggression against the operators, all the suspects have carried out materially violent actions that, in different ways and with varying intensity, they have hindered or contributed to concretely hinder the officers’ act of service, as is clear from the detailed description of the individually challenged resistance behavior of each suspect.
The illegal conduct is also aggravated by the circumstances, correctly contested, referred to in the second and third paragraphs of art. 339 of the Criminal Code, which is why a significant increase in the penalty is foreseen when the violence or threats used against the public servant is committed by more than ten people gathered, as well as by throwing or using blunt instruments or other objects susceptible to commit a crime. , both concrete and specifically existing circumstances in this case, as a consequence of the investigative emergencies described above.
The policemen, who maintained, as is clear from the videos, a completely irreproachable conduct, were literally overwhelmed by an aggressive collective action carried out by a large number of people simultaneously, and which effectively prevented the arrest of two people and cause personal injury to service agents.
