In fact, according to the Dpcm of November 4, the location of the regions in the different risk bands is linked to the R indext, which indicates the number of individuals who on average are infected by a person who is positive for the coronavirus, and 21 parameters that include the number of hospitalizations and the percentage of positive swabs in all swabs performed.
What can and cannot be done in the “orange areas”
In the “orange areas” it is forbidden to circulate from 22 to 5 in the morning – except for “proven reasons of work, necessity and health” that must be self-certified – and the entry and exit of the municipality of residence is prohibited, except for the motivated needs work or situations of need or for health reasons. However, in the “orange zones” it is allowed to move and leave one’s own municipality or region to ensure that teaching takes place in the presence: these movements therefore concern teachers, students and their carers. And you are allowed to return to your home, home or residence. There are no limits to travel within the municipality of residence, so you can freely leave the house.
In the “orange zones” all catering services (restaurants, bars, pubs, ice cream parlors, pastry shops) are suspended, with the exception of dining rooms and continuous catering by contract. Only catering with home delivery and catering with takeaway food is allowed until 10:00 p.m., with prohibition of consumption on site.
