The original deadline set by the legislator for the bonus of 1,000 euros for temporary tourism workers, entertainment workers and other categories, including the self-employed without VAT number, was that of today december 15 as well as the request for the same compensation in the August decree (the deadline for applying for the 1,000-euro bonus of the Ristori decree ends on December 18).

There has been so much an overlap of dates that the INPS has decided extension until December 31 of the request of the 1,000 euro bond of the Ristiori quater decree, as was imaginable. Let’s see what indications of the INPS provided with the circular of December 14.

1,000 euro voucher Refreshments quater: those that must be requested before December 31

For the bonus of 1,000 euros of the five-year decree Refrigerios n. 157 of November 30 mentioned in article 9 must apply before December 31 those who have not obtained the prior compensation of the Ristori decree, which is also paid in automatic to those who have obtained the decree of August.

To obtain the 1,000 euro bonus mentioned in article 15 of decree no. 137/2020 (Refreshments 1), applications expire on December 18.

The workers who can benefit from the 1,000 euro bonus of the Ristori decree, specific to INPS, are:

• seasonal workers and temporary workers in the tourism and spa sectors;
• seasonal employees from sectors other than tourism and spas;
• intermittent workers;
• occasional self-employed workers;
• workers in charge of selling homes;
• show workers;
• temporary workers in the tourism and spa sectors.

Therefore, as the Institute clarifies in the circular, the same workers who have already benefited from the € 1,000 bonus of the Ristori decree:

“do not have to submit a new application In order to use the single compensation referred to in article 9, paragraph 1, of Decree Law No. 157 of 2020, but the relative compensation will be paid by the INPS to the aforementioned workers, according to the methods already indicated by them and with which the payment of the global compensation referred to in the aforementioned article 15 was made ”.

Workers who have not benefited from the all-inclusive subsidy referred to in article 15 of the Ristori decree may request recognition of the all-inclusive subsidy for the Ristori quater in question before December 31, 2020. “Extended term with respect to the original legislative provision, given the absence of an expiration penalty.”

In particular, with regard to the 1,000 euro bonus available to seasonal workers in the tourism sector and thermal establishments, the INPS makes available the table that indicates the economic activities attributable to the tourism sector and thermal establishments, and that below we inform with the related ATECO codes.

How to request the € 1,000 bonus

The request for the 1,000 euro voucher of the Quater de Refrescos decree, if the requirements established by the legislator are met and which are summarized in detail by the INPS in the circular of December 14 that we report below, must be sent to the Institute, if not have had access to the previous assignment, before the deadline of December 31, 2020.

We have already mentioned in detail the modification of the requirements in the different decrees that have occurred for the same categories of workers interested in the 1,000 euro bonus.

The application for the bonus of 1,000 euros of decree quater Ristori must be submitted before December 31, 2020 via online application, whose launch will be announced by the INPS with a communication.

To access the service, recalls the Institute, recipients of the 1,000 euro voucher who must request it can use:

• INPS PIN (note that INPS no longer issues new PINs as of October 1, 2020);
• SPID level 2 or higher;
• Electronic Identity Card 3.0 (CIE);
• National Service Charter (CNS).

As an alternative to the web portal, compensation can be requested through the service of Contact center integrated, by calling the free number 803 164 from the landline (free) or by calling 06 164 164 from the mobile network (paid, depending on the rate applied by the different operators).

INPS also summarizes more deadlines:

• The application for the € 1,000 single voucher of the August decree must be submitted. today december 15 after the reopening of the terms;
• The request for a 1,000 euro bonus under the Refrescos 1 decree must be submitted before December 18, 2020.

Still before December 18 requests must be submitted for COVID-19 benefits for which the legislator has no express deadline and in particular:

• claims for compensation in favor of temporary workers in the tourism and spa sectors in accordance with the Ministerial Decree of July 13, 2020, n. 12 (circular no.94 of August 14, 2020);
• compensation requests in favor of workers of the so-called old red zones referred to in article 44-bis of the Cura Italia decree (circular no.104 of September 18, 2020);
• claims for compensation in favor of autonomous fishermen referred to in article 222, paragraph 8, of the Italian relaunch decree (circular no.118 of October 8, 2020);
• claims for compensation in favor of maritime workers referred to in Article 104 of Decree Law No. 104 of 2020 (circular no 125 of October 28, 2020).

These questions, like those of the 1,000 euro voucher, must be sent electronically to the INPS by accessing as indicated above.
