Anti-Covid Christmas Decree, the wrong date in the Official Gazette

[ad_1]

The full text of the provision was published on the website of the Official Gazette of the Republic, but with a not inconsiderable error: the year of entry into force is 2021. Now the error has been corrected

On the morning of Saturday, December 19, the text of the anti-Covid decree, decided and presented by the Government on December 18, was published on the Official Gazette website to limit travel during the Christmas period. However, with a significant error: the effective date of the provision turns out to be “12/19/2021”, well, a year later. A typographical error that has not escaped the eyes of those who have looked for the text of the dl to read the different measures, and that has inevitably unleashed the irony of users on Twitter.

The correction

“And for a year … free everyone! #DecretoNatale”, jokes the mayor of Bergamo Giorgio Gori on Twitter. The IvMarco Di Maio deputy writes, again on twitter: “For the Official Gazette, the Christmas Decree comes into effect on December 19, 2021. So for this Christmas we are okay? #Sischerza, obviously this is a typographical error: but a pinch in addition to the attention of the Ministry of Justice that takes care of its direction and editing, would help. Then the Official Gazette page was corrected and now the date of entry into force of the new restrictions for the Christmas holidays is correct, that is, today, December 19, 2021.
