Another nine cases of positivity for coronavirus in Aretino. There is also a high school student, a 13-year-old resident of Castiglion Fiorentino, and a 49-year-old from the same municipality who are part of the same family unit as the teacher who tested positive yesterday.

“The 13-year-old boy attends secondary school in Castiglion Fiorentino – explains the mayor Mario Agnelli – but the school is closed these days, because it is an electoral college. More than 1200 swabs

The ASL Prevention Department has so far highlighted 22 contacts for the Arezzo cases. There are currently 2,174 people in home isolation between the provinces of Arezzo, Siena and Grosseto, either because they are a known contact case or because they come from other countries. There are 11 hospitalized in the infectious diseases hospital of the Misericordia hospital in Grosseto, 9 in the infectious diseases hospital and 3 in intensive care at the San Donato hospital in Arezzo. Case identification and contact tracing was possible by performing 1,201 swabs.
