An African American was killed in The Angels by two officers who opened fire on him after a manhunt. The officers tried to stop the man on a bicycle in violation of the highway code. The African American, according to the reconstruction provided by the police, would have fled after hitting one of the policemen in the face. A crowd gathered and marched toward the sheriff’s station after the shooting, demanding justice.
In the video, posted online, the exciting moments after the shooting: the 29-year-old Dijon Kizzee Thrown to the ground lifeless, the agents advance weapons in hand towards the corpse and people scream in disbelief.
