POSITIVITY
112 new positives from Polesine residents (there are a total of 5,014 Polesine residents with COVID-19 positivity detected since the beginning of the epidemic) including:
· 1944 man, resident of Lower Polesine. He went to the emergency room and was admitted to the Covid Medical Area in Trecenta. An epidemiological investigation is underway to reconstruct the contacts.
· 10 guests and 1 operator of the “Villa Agopian” Residence for the Elderly in Corbola.
· 1 guest and 1 operator of the “IRAS” nursing home in Rovigo.
· 1 guest and 1 operator of the “Sant’Anna” Residence in Villadose.
· 1 student from a primary school in Rovigo, who emerged after detection swabs linked to a positivity reported in recent days.
· 1 pupil from a lower secondary school in Middle Polesine. Samples were taken from comrades, teachers, and ATA staff who had contact today.
· 1 teacher who teaches classes in a first grade secondary school in Rovigo. Samples were taken from ATA students, faculty and staff who had contact today.
· 1 pupil from a lower secondary school in Upper Polesine. Comrades, teachers and ATA staff who have had contact tomorrow will be cleared.

The prevalence in Polesine (total number of people who tested positive since the beginning of the epidemic out of the total population) is 2.18%. The incidence of the last 7 days (new cases found out of the total number of people analyzed in the period) was 6.51%.
DEATH
Unfortunately, we must report the death of 2 people (120 died with COVID-19 residing in Polesine since the beginning of the epidemic):
– Man from 1944, resident of Lower Polesine. Upon verifying the positivity, he was admitted to the Covid Medical Area and, later, to Covid Intensive Care in Trecenta where he died yesterday.
– Woman of 1932, resident in Medio Polesine. After confirmation of the positivity, she was hospitalized in the Covid Medical Area in Trecenta where, last night, she died.
The total number of deaths with Covid-19 residing in Polesine has been updated according to regional statistics; people not reported in the daily bulletins in recent days did not die in our hospitals.

The swabs made since the beginning of the epidemic, in Polesine, are 144,443. The rapid swabs made since the beginning of the epidemic, in Polesine, are 85,029.
Cure
87 new heals bring the total number of heals in Polesine since the start of the epidemic to 2,594. There are currently 2,300 positive people in the province.
