And there are those who toast the withdrawal of the regional ordinance – Chronicle

The withdrawal of ordinance number 41 by Governor Fedriga somewhat loosens the restrictions that were applied in the region exclusively yesterday, although as of today the government provisions on the orange zones provided for in the dpcm have come into force.

The measures provided for by the Fedriga ordinance were in fact more restrictive in the sectors of commerce, outdoor sports activities and some disciplines at school. So these are the changes: Stores with an area greater than 400 square meters can remain open on Saturdays and Sundays. Ordinance 41 ordered its closure, and so it was yesterday.

On the other hand, the closings of shopping centers are maintained, which had been in effect throughout the country since last November 6, with the exception of food stores, pharmacies, parapharmacies, kiosks and tobacconists. There is no longer a ban on jogging in normally crowded areas, but the dpcm simply discourages it, also because it recommends physical activity near your home.

In school, in primary and secondary school, the ban on gymnastics is bypassed. Instead, inclusion in the orange zone involves a series of strict anti-crowd measures, such as stopping at bars and restaurants 7 days a week, which can remain open for takeout only. It is also forbidden to travel to municipalities other than the one of residence, except for accredited reasons that must be self-certified. Of course, the prohibition to go from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. is still in force, unless it is motivated by reasons of necessity, health or work.
