(ANSA) – ROME, SEPTEMBER 20 – Filming on the beach before the terrified gaze of bathers. It happened this morning in Torvaianica, on the coast near Rome. It was around 10:30 when two men with their faces covered arrived on a scooter near a factory. One entered the beach armed with a pistol, while the accomplice waited outside with the engine running ready to escape. Regardless of a few people present at the time, the attacker pulled the trigger twice and wounded an Albanian citizen in the back before returning to his accomplice. So quickly they escaped aboard the scooter and lost the trail. The target of the shooting was a 38-year-old Albanian man with a history of drug trafficking, a partner of the plant owner. The man was rescued and taken to San Camillo hospital. He injured his back and will likely have surgery, but it would not endanger his life. (HANDLE).
