THE WORST DATA – With the Decree of November 3, 2020, the Government has introduced new restrictive measures to contain the spread of Covid-19: they take into account twenty-one parameters, including the number of hospitalizations and the percentage of positive swabs. Based on these, a four-level risk scale is created for the Regions: on November 3 there were no regions in the green zone, thirteen in the yellow zone, two in the orange zone and five in the red zone, but the situation has worsened. and other Regions will soon change zones.
DOUBLE JUMP FOR CAMPANIA – And so, after the ordinance signed yesterday by the Minister of Health, as of November 15, Emilia Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Marche will go from the yellow zone to the orange, while Tuscany will finish from orange to red. Campania will make a double “jump”: from yellow to red.

YELLOW AREA
Lazio, Molise, the province of Trento, Sardinia and Veneto are currently part of it.
Duration of restrictions
They went into effect on Friday, November 6, and will currently last until Thursday, December 3.
Movements
There are no restrictions during most of the day, so it is possible to move freely, however the Government strongly recommends not to do so, by public or private means of transport, except for work needs, study, for health reasons, for situations of need or to carry out activities or use services not suspended. In addition, there is a curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day: in this time slot it is forbidden to move, except for proven needs, and you must carry your self-certification.
Public transport
Service is guaranteed, but capacity cannot exceed 50%.
Stores
They are open, except for shopping centers: they must close on weekends.
Bars and restaurants
They remain open, but from 05.00 to 18.00.

Distance for middle and university.
Recreational activities
Stop at exhibitions, museums, casinos, and bingo, as well as the ski resorts.
ORANGE ZONE
Currently, Abruzzo, Basilicata, Liguria, Puglia, Sicilia, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Marche and Umbria are part of it.

Two weeks from the day they take effect.
Movements
It is allowed to move within your municipality, from 05:00 to 22:00, without having to motivate the move (therefore it is not necessary to have self-certification with you). From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., all movements are prohibited, except those motivated by proven work needs, situations of need or health reasons. In addition, trips to other Municipalities and Regions are prohibited 24 hours a day, except for proven needs.
Automobile-related activities
Green light to those in the motor vehicle, motorcycle and related parts and accessories trade sectors.
Public transport
Service is guaranteed, but capacity cannot exceed 50%.
Stores
They are open, except for the shopping centers: they will have to close on weekends.
Bars and restaurants
Restaurants and other catering activities, including bars, patisseries and ice cream parlors, are open exclusively for the sale of take-out food, from 05:00 to 22:00, and for home delivery, allowed without a time limit.

Automobile-related activities
Green light for those in the motor vehicle, motorcycle and related parts and accessories trade sectors. Until November 21, however, the sessions for the driving license practical test are suspended.
Public transport
Service is guaranteed, but capacity cannot exceed 50%.
Stores
Beauty centers and activities related to the person close, but hairdressers open. The commercial activities of retail sale are suspended, with the exception of those of sale of food, medicines (pharmacies, parapharmacies), tobacco, newspapers and fuels.
Bars and restaurants
Closed all day, but you can do home delivery and activities to go.

Recreational activities
It is possible to perform motor activities, but in the vicinity of your home, with the obligation of a mask and a distance of at least one meter from any companion.
