Smart work

It is one of the rules for the protection of workers with children who attend schools introduced in the Ristori decree that increases the possibility previously provided for children under 14 to 16 years of age. The regulation also includes the one that allows one of the parents to obtain abstention from work in the event of suspension of teaching activity and inability to take advantage of agile work. In this case, up to 14 years are entitled to leave at 50% of salary, while between 14 and 16 years of abstention is not paid.

Sports associations
