Tragedy at the Sosio Valley Rally. This morning a fatal accident occurred between Caltabellotta and Chiusa Sclafani, shortly after the start of the “Caltabellotta 1” special. The accident occurred on provincial highway 37, in the district of Favara-Burgio. According to an initial reconstruction carried out by the carabinieri, the pilot, who was unharmed, would have lost control of the vehicle when he first hit a pole and then a tree.
