Tragedy in Palermo: a 40-year-old woman died at her home yesterday afternoon, in the area of the Polyclinic hospital. An acquaintance called the 118 health workers. The doctors intervened and confirmed the death of the woman. The police and the forensic doctor also arrived at the scene.
The woman later tested positive for Coronavirus.. The ASP of Palermo is carrying out containment interventions and isolating those who have had contact with the woman.
Meanwhile, another positive for Coronavirus in the Villa Sofía hospital, a woman hospitalized in the brief intensive observation of the emergency room. The patient had a negative first swab, but lung scan results indicated bilateral pneumonia: the second swab was positive. During the night, all the patients were taken out to sanitize the premises. It is the third case in the Palermo hospital in a few days.
