Two readers write to us. “In this delicate moment COVID-19 we are grateful to the Department of Medicine B. We are grateful to all those who supported my husband Antonio in this hell. Thank you for the sweetness, professionalism, humanity and the ability to follow patients in the emergency, thanks for the interaction in the received phone calls, with the ability to communicate the daily news, sometimes beautiful and other times less beautiful, but always in a firm and respectful way.
Thank you for putting yourself at risk, with professionalism and love. Thank you because in the emergency you were great. Thanks to all of you: to the primary doctor Giovanni Bertinieri; Doctors Stefano Giordanetti and Giancarlo Piletta; to doctors Lisa Pietrogiovanna, Paola Riccomagno and Federica Francisetti, the coordinator Dr. Marco Casarotto and all the nursing staff (the kind nurses Benedetta, Elisabetta, Luisa, Renata and Silvia), special, hard-working and professional; to all Oss staff; in short, to all West Block Emergency Medicine on the Fourth Floor.
