The changes introduced by the new ordinance:

Given the persistent health emergency situation, the Municipality of Genoa has decided to integrate the ministerial provisions with an order from the mayor Marco Bucci.

Beaches, cliffs and sandy beaches remain closed. It is only accessible for the practice of sports identified by the order of the Liguria Region number 25/2020 (windsurfing, canoeing, diving …).

Parks and walks will be reopened to the public, including Corso Italia by the sea and Boccadasse, but the use of masks is recommended in areas outside of private property and is mandatory in parks, municipal gardens, public villas, cemeteries, private premises for public use, commercial premises, public transport.

Masks are also mandatory on walks for physical activity, but not for those who do sports such as running and cycling, except in those areas where compulsory assistance is provided for everyone (such as parks).

The security measures provided for by the mayor’s ordinance will also be respected in the cemeteries, which will reopen tomorrow according to the usual time and calendar.
