Five days of greater freedom for those who live in the orange stripe regions, then, on the eve of Easter, Italy returns to the red. Travel and outings are forbidden, visits to family and friends are allowed but only if there are two. There is no passage from one region to another, you can go to second homes as long as they are not in areas where, by local ordinances, access to non-residents has been prevented.
According to the order signed by Minister of Health Roberto Speranza from Monday Calabria, Tuscany and Valle d’Aosta are in the red zone and they join Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Lombardy, Marche, the autonomous province of Trento, Piedmont, Puglia and Veneto. Instead, Lazio (but as of Tuesday), Abruzzo, Basilicata, Liguria, Molise, the autonomous province of Bolzano, Sardinia, Sicily and Umbria are in the orange band.
IOn April 7, the new government decree enters into force che last Until April 30 confirming the measures in force, including the suspension of the yellow band.

From March 29 to April 2 throughout Italy
You can leave your region only for work, health or emergency reasons.
You can go to second homes, but only to the family unit proving that you have the title before January 14, 2021 and as long as the house is not inhabited by others. There are Regions that have prohibited or restricted entry. Allowed to arrive only for reasons of work, necessity and urgency or for extraordinary maintenance, limiting the permanence to the solution of the problem.
In South Tyrol it is forbidden to go to a second residence if you are not a resident.
In Campania, the ban also applies to residents of the region.
Non-residents cannot enter Tuscany.
Only residents can enter Valle d’Aosta.
Only residents can enter Sardinia and in any case a negative swab taken in the previous 48 hours or the certificate of vaccination against Covid must be shown.
In Sicily you can enter with a negative swab done 48 hours before arrival.
In Puglia, even residents are prohibited from going to second homes.
April 3-5: Italy’s red zone
It is forbidden to leave the house except for work, health or emergency reasons.
You can go only once a day for up to two adults with children under 14 with family and friends.
You can go to second homes with the same restrictions as in the previous days.
April 6 throughout Italy
You can leave your region only for work, health or emergency reasons.
You can go to second residences, but only the family unit proving having the title before January 14, 2021 and provided that the house is not inhabited by others. The ordinances of Tuscany, Aosta Valley, Puglia, South Tyrol and Campania, Sardinia and Sicily remain valid. Allowed to arrive only for business reasons, necessity and urgency. or for extraordinary maintenance, limiting the permanence to the solution of the problem.
