Kindergartens, primary and secondary schools also open in the red zone after Easter. This is the decision that the control room chaired by the prime minister Mario draghi has taken in view of the new decree on anti-Covid measures. However, restrictions on risk bands will not be relaxed. Until April 30 there will be no yellow zones.
Therefore, the margin left by the epidemiological curve for reopening has been ‘reversed’ in the school: for the rest, the hard line prevails until the end of April, with movement blocking and the closing of bars and restaurants. At the meeting the representatives of the Cts Silvio Brusaferro me Franco Locatelli they would have reiterated the seriousness of the data and the need to confirm the closures to avoid an increase in the epidemiological curve.
The yellow zones are “suspended”, so the restaurants do not reopen even for lunch and for now neither the cinemas, theaters or gyms are resuming their activity. As confirmed at the meeting, new reimbursements and support will arrive for all closed activities, financed with the request for a new budget variation around April 10.
The expiration of the decree was set for April 30, also because the state of emergency expires on that date. Therefore, the extension of the state of emergency and, consequently, the new measures will be evaluated at a later stage. The goal would be to address these other weeks of restrictions and then gradually start opening.
Color changes
One region turns orange, another red. It is a weekly monitoring with few changes in the colors that of the control room of the Higher Institute of Health and the Ministry of Health today that detected National Rt of 1.08, or less than last week when it was 1.16. The results obtained by the Regions that are already in the red are more interesting. For up to 8 realities, plus an autonomous province, in fact, another two weeks are expected in red, that is, until Tuesday, April 13.
Lazio in orange from Tuesday
Seeing the scenery improve will be the Lazio, which will enter orange from Tuesday. The ordinance of the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza that put it in the red, like all the others of the last period, in fact entered into force on Monday (in this specific case on March 15) and not on Sunday as those of the previous months. We wanted to give citizens more time to prepare for the change and also give restaurateurs an extra day of work, especially on vacation. Since the ordinance lasts for 15 days, it will cease to take effect on the 30th, when schools can reopen.

Aosta Valley in red
The incidence, that is, weekly cases per 100,000 inhabitants, is in red the Aosta Valley, which this week exceeds the threshold of 250 below which the worsening of the color is triggered.
Eight Regions and a Province in red even after Easter
The rule states that you must stay at least two weeks in a color before you can re-enter the one with the least restrictions, as long as you have data compatible with the less demanding scenario. Who is red then has to pass two monitors with numbers from orange to be inserted in that color. That is why we can already say that eight Regions and one Province will be in the red even after Easter, at least until the 13th (Tuesday). This week, in fact, they all have an incidence that exceeds 250 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, which in fact still places them in the scenario with the most restrictions. This is what they are: Friuli (410), Piedmont (354), Emilia romagna (351), Lombardy (293), Apulia (292), Aosta Valley (291), Market (284), Province of Trento (279), Veneto (254). The only Region that last week had an incidence greater than 250 and in this one saw it decrease is Campania. So you have orange data, which if confirmed in the next follow-up could lead you to that scenario as of April 7.
