TRENTO. The number of deaths from Covid-19 in Trentino has increased again: today’s bulletin from the Provincial Health Services Agency indicates, in fact, another 6 people in mourning, almost all of them occurred in the hospital (5). There are 3 men and the same number of women, ranging in age from 75 to 98 years.
The number of new infections has less impact, which stops at 80, a figure that must however be compared with the lower number of swabs analyzed on Sunday (1,163).

In detail, yesterday 60 new positive cases were identified by molecular route, along with another 20 antigenic positives. There are also 57 positivity confirmations intercepted in recent days by rapid tests. Among the new cases, 56 asymptomatic patients are asymptomatic, plus another 21 symptomatic patients also followed up at home.
The trend of infections
There are 18 new infections among children and young people (3 between 0-2 years, 2 between 3-5 years, 4 between 6-10 years, 5 between 11-13 years and 4 between 14-19 years) while another twenty infected the subjects are over 60 years old (9 are between 60 and 69 years old, 4 between 70 and 79 years old, and 7 are 80 years old or older).
Attention to the hospital system is always high, which faces the pressure derived from the presence of 53 patients in resuscitation, out of a total of 264 hospitalized for Covid-19. Yesterday there were 7 discharges, but the newcomers continue (10 hospitalized in the last hours). 274 new heals bring the total to 34,659.
The trend of hospitalizations
The molecular swabs analyzed yesterday by the Microbiology Laboratory of the Hospital Santa Chiara de Trento were 864 to which 39 of the Fem are added. In terms of unhealthiness, yesterday 260 were notified to the health authority. Finally, the vaccines, which this morning reached 75,345 vaccines (of which 26,434 second doses). More than 80 citizens received 35,465 doses and citizens aged 70-79 years received 5,022 doses.
