Orange zone, movements in the municipality and outside
It is allowed to move within the municipality of residence, between 5:00 and 22:00, but it is not allowed to leave except for reasons of urgency, health, necessity, work and study. As for visits to friends and family, you can only move within your own municipality: once a day, from 5 to 22, for a maximum of two people together (there are no children under 14 and disabled). With the return to the own house, home or residence always allowed within the limits of the curfew. In municipalities with up to 5,000 inhabitants it is allowed to travel within 30 km of the own border (even in another Region or Autonomous Province), however, with the prohibition of traveling to the provincial capitals. Returning to “second homes” located within and outside the region is allowed.
From 5 to 22 no need to motivate movements within its own Municipality. To travel to other municipalities, as well as from 22:00 to 05:00, even within your own municipality, you must always be able to demonstrate that the movement is within those allowed.
Sport and bicycle
Physical activity, walks and sports allowed within their own municipality, alone, outdoors and close to home. However, you can leave your municipality (not the region) to play sports if you cannot do it in your municipality. Gyms and swimming pools closed. Physical activity should be done exclusively outdoors, in compliance with the rules of social distancing and without any encounter. The use of changing rooms inside the clubs is prohibited. Not to contact sports, if not to professionals. All races, competitions and all amateur contact activities are prohibited. Training for team sports can be carried out individually, outdoors and respecting the distance (at least two meters). It is also possible while running or cycling, in sports activity, enter another municipality, provided that this movement continues to be functional only to the motor activity itself and the final destination coincides with the municipality of departure.
Movements outside the region. Second houses
Traveling outside the region they are forbiddeni except for reasons of work, urgency, health, trips to second homes. You can move to second homes, even outside of your region, but only to family members. Property owners and second home leasing, therefore also short-term rentals, are not allowed after January 14, 2021.

Restaurants and shops
in the orange zone the catering activities, therefore bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, patisseries, are open but only for home delivery and take away. But I have a bar (without cooking and other similar establishments) it is allowed to carry only until 6pm. Open retail stores, food, shopping centers close on the days prior to holidays and bank holidays (but on those days kiosks, pharmacies, parapharmacies, tobacconists remain open inside). The entrance and stay in the restaurant is allowed only for the time strictly necessary to acquire the products to take away. Ok to Barber Shop, hairdressers and beauty centers.
College
The institutions open from kindergartens to middle schools, while the secondary schools go on to teach in the presence in rotation (in the presence of 50% to a maximum of 75% of the students), and the rest all in Dad. With the exception of various provisions in municipalities where the incidence of contagion exceeds 250 cases per 100,000 inhabitants or in the event of outbreaks that require the closure of all schools.
Museums, cultural activities, events and weddings
Museums and other institutes and cultural venues have been suspended from opening to the public. Libraries with pre-reserved files and services are an exception. These are the rules of the orange zone until April 6, then April 3, 4 and 5, from Easter Eve to Easter Monday Including a mini-confinement: the restrictions provided for the red zones will apply throughout the national territory. Only trips for work, necessity or health are allowed. Only once a day can you move to another private home, between 5 and 22, in a maximum of two people, in addition to the exceptions already seen. No lunches with family, picnics, and trips out of town.
