Vvd, the Dutch Prime Minister’s right-wing liberal party Mark Rutte, is in the lead in Holland in legislative elections with 35 seats out of 150 in total, according to the first exit poll at the close of the polls.

The Vvd wins 2 seats compared to the previous elections of 2017. In second place are the left-wing liberals D66 who, according to the first exit poll broadcast by Nos TV, obtained 27 seats (there were 19 in 2017), surpassing the Right-wing populist PVV Geerts wilders which, with 17 seats, loses 3 compared to the previous electoral round.

Christian Democrats on the Board of Directors are also down with 14 seats from 19. GL Greens are also down with 8 seats from 14 in 2017.

The outgoing Dutch prime minister, according to forecasts, could in all probability be re-elected and obtain a fourth term in the legislative elections that close today after three days of voting.

In power since 2010, the Liberal-Conservative Prime Minister’s People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy (Vvd) is expected to win around 25% of the vote, closely followed by anti-Islamic MP Geert Wilders, leader of the Party of La Libertad (PVV), in opposition. But the enigma of alliances over the future government coalition remains. A feat by the Greens is not ruled out, according to polls.
