Third tranche of the ATA ranking: after the opinion of the CSPI, the decree and the final table of qualifications are ready. An important step, however, will be the presentation of the telematics platform in online instances through which applications can be submitted. Only after the presentation and the comments of the unions, can it be decided with certainty when to start the deadline for the presentation of the application.
The decree for the renewal of the third-level ATA classifications was signed by the Minister on March 3 and registered with the Court of Accounts on March 15. The Ministry proposes March 22 to April 22 as a useful window for the update.
Telematics application in online instances
It is a revolutionary debut, since close to two million requests are expected and therefore it will be necessary to have a platform that can support contemporary accesses but at the same time easy to fill out.
At the moment we know that the previous scores, already declared in 2017, should already be included in the system.
But it will be the unions who will test the platform on March 18, identifying and preventing any difficulties.
If the test goes well, it will probably be possible to submit the application from March 22. Otherwise, the effective date must be brought forward.
A guide to registering in Online Instances with SPID, the first step to enter the ranking
The application will be telematic and it will be necessary, for those who have not yet done so, to register in Online Instances on the Miur website (link: https://www.ificazione.it/polis/Istanzeonline.htm).
As of March, it is no longer necessary to go to a school office for identification, but it is necessary to be in possession of SPID, Public Digital Identity System.
Those who already have the credentials, or those who have already registered in Online Instances, will be able to continue using them until September 30, 2021. Starting in October SPID for everyone.

Who can apply for ATA
All those in possession of the qualifications required to access the chosen professional profile can apply for the third ATA tranche. It will also be possible to choose different profiles.
These are the professional profiles and required qualifications:
School assistant
Admission qualification: three-year qualifying diploma issued by a professional institute, master of arts diploma, infant master’s school, high school diploma, three-year professional qualification certificates and / or diplomas.
Administrative assistant
Admission grade: high school diploma.
Technical assistant
Admission qualification: high school diploma corresponding to the specific professional area, verifiable in the table of qualifications-laboratories.
Cook
Admission qualification: Professional qualification diploma as a catering service operator, kitchen sector.
Nurse
Admission title: title in nursing sciences or another title that the legislation considers valid for the exercise of the nursing profession
Farm worker and assistant
Admission qualification: professional qualification diploma of agrotourism operator, agribusiness operator, agri-environmental operator for the former; diploma of professional qualification of fashion operator for the second.
