What changes with the transition to the orange zone. The bars and restaurants closes also for lunch. Museums also closed. With the orange zone, bars and restaurants are closed to consumption on the spot, but remain open for takeaway food from 5 to 10 p.m. Locals classified as “bars and other similar establishments without kitchens” (Ateco code 56.3) and “retail trade of beverages in specialized stores ”(Ateco code 47.25), take-out sales cannot be made after 6:00 p.m., home delivery is allowed at all times. Orange zone, when you can leave your community
The main measure of the orange zone is the prohibition of moving from your municipality of residence, but there are several exceptions. It is allowed to leave the municipality itself:

– If you live in a municipality with less than 5,000 inhabitants to move within a 30-kilometer radius, but in any case it is forbidden to reach the provincial capitals

– to reach their second home, even outside the region (this is what emerged yesterday from the press agencies, but the government has not yet spoken to the Faq).
Note that the curfew from 10 pm to 5 am, violated only with a valid self-certification for reasons of need, study, work or health.
Second box. As it was clarified several weeks ago, it is always possible to find a second home, even in another region regardless of color, as long as it is a house that can be credited as own or rented before January 14, and that only the family the unit moves. Therefore, it is not possible to invite friends or other family members.
Visits to family or friends. The limitation of trips to private homes remains in force, regardless of the color of the region. It is allowed to visit a single inhabited house, once a day within the municipality itself, a maximum of two people (there are no children under 14 years of age and disabled / not self-sufficient cohabitants). If there are reasons of need (for example, helping a disabled family member) there are no travel restrictions, just complete the self-certification in case of checks.
