There are 25,673 new cases of Coronavirus registered in Italy (22,409 were diagnosed yesterday). This is what emerges from the Bulletin for Thursday, March 11 spread from Ministry of Health. The tests carried out on the last day, between antigenic and molecular, were 372,217. Since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, 3,149,017 infections have been registered in our country. Currently positive cases 497,350 (+10,276). There are 373 deaths per COVID-19 recorded on the last day (there were 322 yesterday), for a total of 101,184 deaths since the start of the health emergency. The healed are 15,000 for a total of 2,550,483. The Region with the highest number of daily infections is Lombardy. The doses of the anti-Covid vaccine administered so far have been 6,005,183, while 1,803,693 people have received both doses and therefore have been fully vaccinated.

Swabs and positivity rate

The total of swabs made in Italy, adding the molecular and antigenic ones, was 372,217 compared to 361,040 yesterday. The positivity rate is 6.9% (+ 0.7%).

Hospitalization and intensive care

The data regarding the number of beds occupied in the ordinary rooms of the Covid increased: 23,247 hospitalized (+365 hospitalizations). On the other hand, the number of beds occupied in intensive care is 32 more in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of patients in intensive care to 2,859. The new participants in the room were 266.
