NEW WEEK, A WINTER STRIKE IS PREPARING. After the passage of the North Atlantic front that in the weekend will traverse much of Italy from north to south currents will tend to spread even further from the northern quadrants. The Atlantic anticyclone in fact seems ready to push decisively towards the United Kingdom and Iceland in the first days of the new week. Along its right edge they would be pushed cold air masses of arctic extraction first over central Europe, then also over part of the Mediterranean and the Balkans. Italy will probably also be affected by cold winds from the north in the first days of the week, with a progressive thermal drop, snowfall in the alps (border species) e unstable climate on the middle side of the Adriatic and in the south, as often happens in these configurations. In other places the sunny spaces will be greater, but the winds will remain almost everywhere with temperatures that will inevitably begin to decrease gradually.

HALF WEEK, COLD INTENSIFICATION. Even towards the middle of the week the flow of cold currents from the north seems to persist and even intensify, which from the Arctic will continue to sweep the continent from north to south. also reaching the central Mediterranean and Italy. With these assumptions, the climatic conditions would remain cold and windy in the trunk, while the phenomena of greater instability would continue to involve Border, Adriatic and Southern Alps, with snowfall even at low altitude for the season. Where bright spells will prevail, they are not excluded local late frosts in the coldest hours of the day, especially in the North. Given the time distance, the trend could change and we recommend that you follow the next updates.
