Red zone: Campania, Basilicata and Molise. Orange zone: Lombardy, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Abruzzo, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Piedmont, Umbria, Tuscany and the autonomous provinces of Bolzano and Trento. Yellow zone: Liguria, Lazio, Calabria, Puglia, Sicily and Valle d’Aosta. White zone: Sardinia. This is how the map of the Italian regions will change at the time of Covid starting tomorrow, Monday, March 8, when the ordinances of the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, signed last Friday based on the data and indications of the Control Room, come into force.

Veneto and Friuli Venezia change color and turn orange. Lombardy manages to avoid the red zone because of a mustache: the dark orange is confirmed. The most severe restrictions, the red zone, apply to Campania and Romagna.
Covid is still scary. In recent weeks, Italy has entered the middle of the third wave of infections, but the peak has not yet arrived. Yesterday the first Dpcm signed by Mario Draghi came into force, valid from March 6 to April 6: the subdivision by color of the regions, the prohibition of moving between regions, the curfew confirmed. One novelty concerns the hardening of the school.
But here is in detail how the map of Italy changes.

LOMBARDY
The new restrictions are in effect from Friday: an ordinance by President Attilio Fontana, which will run until March 14, provides for the region to go from the yellow zone to the reinforced orange zone. In addition to school closings, other restrictions have been introduced: visiting friends and family and transferring to second homes.

VENETO, FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA, AUTONOMOUS PROVINCE OF BOLZANO AND TRENTO
All three regions have moved into the orange zone.

PIEDMONT
Piedmont becomes a dark orange area, with up to 23 municipalities that turn red, according to the order of Governor Alberto Cirio. The most severe restrictions apply to Crescentino, Cavour, Bricherasio and Scalenghe, in the province of Turin. Twelve municipalities of the Po Valley, in the province of Cuneo, also turn red, which are Barge, Bagnolo Piemonte, Crissolo, Envie, Paesana, Gambasca, Revello, Martiniana Po, Oncino, Ostana, Rifreddo, Sanfront, and 7 municipalities of Val Vigezzo: (Re, Craveggia, Villette, Toceno, Malesco, Santa Maria Maggiore and Druogno.

EMILIA ROMAGNA
Emilia Romagna changes color again and turns part orange and part red, by order of Governor Stefano Bonaccini. In addition to the provinces of Bologna and Modena, the toughest restrictions for all of Romagna will begin on Monday. In dark orange we only find Reggio Emilia, while the provinces of Piacenza, Parma and Ferrara are still orange.
