Yellow zone as of today, Monday, February 1, for 16 regions of Italy, with less restrictive rules. Bans are lowered. Among the areas of the country that pass into the band with the lowest risk of Covid are Lombardy, Veneto and Lazio, while there are only 5 regions that are still in the orange zone (Puglia, Sardinia, Sicily, Umbria and the Autonomous Province of Bolzano) according to the ordinances signed by the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza. The yellow zone, as it is known, provides for lighter measures and restrictions. Here’s what to do and what not to do, according to government regulations.

FIREWORKS AND MOVEMENTS

The curfew is fixed from 10:00 p.m. to 05:00 a.m. After that time, you can only move for work needs, situations of need or for health reasons. To move during those times, a self-certification must be done. The use of a mask is still mandatory, even outdoors, with the exception of children under six years of age, those who play sports and those with pathologies. Until February 15 any movement in and out between the territories of different regions or autonomous provinces is prohibited, except for work needs, situations of need, health reasons.

TO VISIT

Only once a day is it allowed to move to another private dwelling inhabited in the same Region or Autonomous Province, between 5 and 22, for a maximum of two people, in addition to those who already live in the destination house. Those who move can bring with them children under the age of 14 and disabled or non-self-sufficient people living together.

SCHOOL

High schools adopt face-to-face teaching by at least 50 percent and within the 75 percent limit. For middle and elementary schools face-to-face teaching is maintained, but with the obligation of a mask for children over six years of age. Universities organize teaching with regional authorities.

BARS AND RESTAURANTS

For bars and restaurants, the opening rules remain from 5 to 18, home delivery is allowed, it is possible to carry out with prohibition of consumption on the spot or in the immediate vicinity. The museums can be open from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

CINEMA, THEATERS, SPORTS

Cinemas, theaters, gambling halls, gaming halls, discos, dance halls, concert halls, gyms, swimming pools, theme parks, spas and wellness centers remain closed. Stores are open but shopping centers are closed on weekends. Ski resorts closed until February 15, with prior authorization from regional authorities, depending on the health situation.
