Merchants who turn their back on withdrawals do not run the risk of penalties: on the other hand, once the trial period is over and, therefore, as of March, they can be reported directly by consumers to the Tax Agency for the controls. For this, an ad hoc section has been created on the portal dedicated to measurement.

But how do you play? Purchases of goods and services of at least 1 euro paid with electronic tools to businesses that electronically transmit the rates (therefore, online purchases, cash and invoiced are excluded) may generate valid virtual tickets to participate in the first draw. . Prizes are on the way for both buyers and sellers: on March 11, on the occasion of the first monthly draw, twenty lucky receipts sent and registered in the lottery system in February will win 100,000 euros for ten buyers and 20,000 euros for as many exhibitors . . The winners will receive a communication through Pec to notify them of the victory. Yet only 12 million use certified email – those who don’t have a Pec will receive a certified letter. To participate in the draw you must be of legal age and show your lottery code at the time of purchase: you can obtain it by connecting to the receipt lottery site. Every euro spent will entitle you to a virtual lottery ticket, up to a maximum of a thousand entries for each receipt for an amount equal to or greater than a thousand euros. Once the game is up and running, it will be possible to win 15 prizes of 25,000 euros each for the consumer and 15 prizes of 5,000 euros for the operator. The weekly prizes will be added to the monthly and annual prizes, which are the ones that most tempt.
