According to users, it is impossible to connect to the TIM network with the modem, which always has a solid red light to indicate a network problem. There are no official communications from the operator for now and Tim’s support site is currently out of use. On the Facebook support profile, Tim specified that this is a widespread bug and that technicians are working to fix it as soon as possible.
