Teacher Mobility 2021, the proportion of interprovincial transfers for the 2021/22 school year is reduced to 25%. The remaining 25% of the places for mobility will be reserved in fact for the so-called professional mobility: changes of function and / or chair.
The National Collective Labor Agreement on mobility, drawn up for the 2019/20 academic year, is confirmed for the third consecutive year: teachers in possession of the necessary requirements can also submit an application by submitting several mobility applications at the same time.
The movements that can be requested can be territorial or professional (that is, those who have the requirements can submit both a transfer request and a change of position and / or chair).
There is a ministerial will to balance the rates for the different types of movement over the three-year period. If in 2019/20 the highest percentage was allocated to interprovincial transfers (40%), this rate has decreased for the current school year (30%) and will decrease again for the next school year 2021/22, reaching a percentage equivalent to that to be used for professional mobility (25%).
President Marcello Pacifico (Anief) intervened in the problem, requesting “a regulatory intervention on the Milleproroghe Decree that eliminates travel bans, facilitates transfers on all availabilities even in interprovincial mode and favors role changes through refresher courses without penalize “movements.” Anief invites other representative unions to ask for bridging rules that at least safeguard family reunification.
