Today amounts to a brief parenthesis of Orange in a phase of restrictions of Red zone in which all Italy will return tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Today’s restrictions are only slightly eased compared to “red” days. Basically, the stores reopen and the trips are free within the Municipality.

Here is a short formulary of the rules in effect today

Bars and restaurants open for take away only

Restaurants, bars, patisseries and similar public establishments will remain open exclusively for take-out sales, from 5 to 22, and home delivery, allowed without a time limit.

Stores open

All stores reopen and therefore not just grocery stores, pharmacies and newsagents. Even commercial activities that have been closed in the red zone will obviously be able to reopen to the public after 5 in the morning to close in any case before 10 at night.

Possible displacements

The orange strip allows you to move freely within your own municipality, always from 5 to 22, without self-certification. Obviously you can also move outside the municipality for the three usual reasons: work, health, need for force majeure. In all three cases, self-certification must be submitted.

Exemptions to second homes and family visits

The exceptions valid for the entire Christmas period remain in force: you can visit a family member or friend once a day for two and with children under 14 years of age, even if it is outside your municipality. You can always get to the second house as long as it is within your region. Those who live in small municipalities near the regional border can ignore it within a 30-kilometer radius.

Return to your residence or address

In any case, it is always possible to return to your own residence or domicile, that is, to the house where you live permanently. This is provided in section 4 of article 1 of the Dpcm of December 3.

Sports and free time

Sports and motor activities can be carried out outdoors and in public parks, always within the municipality of residence. However, gyms, swimming pools, theaters and cinemas remain closed.

Self certification

Self-certification is never necessary if you move to the municipality of residence. We will have to take it with us in any other case.

Curfew

It is not possible to leave the house between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
