The number of new cases in Cesenate remains high. The Region’s Saturday Bulletin indicates 127 new positives, of which 93 are symptomatic. On Friday there were 123 infections, 4 remain hospitalized in intensive care, two other deaths: an 85-year-old woman from San Mauro and an 88-year-old man from Cesena. Most of the new cases involve people who were already isolated and grew up in the family. There are also three returns from abroad and 4 cases discovered with serological tests. In detail, there are 7 cases in Bagno di Romagna, 2 in Borghi, 48 in Cesena, 21 in Cesenatico, 12 in Gatteo, 1 in Longiano, 1 in Mercato, 2 in Montiano, 10 in San Mauro, 5 in Sarsina, 14 in Savignano. At the provincial level, there are 88 healed.

In Emilia Romagna there are 2,035 more than on Friday, out of a total of 5,281 swabs performed in the last 24 hours (to these are added 41 serological tests and 7,724 quick swabs). The percentage of new positives on the number of tampons made since Friday is 38.5%. The control and prevention activity continues: of the newly infected, 1,008 are asymptomatic identified as part of the regional contact tracing and detection activities. The contagion situation in the provinces sees Bologna with 519 new cases, then Modena (331), Reggio Emilia (276), Ravenna (228), Ferrara (147), Parma (93), Piacenza (85), Rimini ( 59). Then the territories of Cesena (127), Imola (97), Forlì (73). As for the total of people cured, they are 272 more than on Friday and reach 109,818. Active cases, that is, actual patients, on Saturday are 58,506 (+1,725 compared to Friday). Of these, the people isolated at home, that is, those with mild symptoms that do not require hospital treatment or are asymptomatic, are a total of 55,628 (+1,715), more than 95% of the total active cases. In total, 7,846 deaths in the region since the start of the epidemic. There are 229 patients admitted to intensive care (-2 compared to Friday), 2,649 those from the other Covid departments (+6).

These are the deaths: 6 in Piacenza (two women aged 85 and 86 and four men aged 63, 82, 87 and 88), 5 in the province of Reggio Emilia (a 96-year-old woman and four men, one 69, one 75-year-old, one 82 and one 93), 8 in the Modena area (five women, one 79, four 83 and one 90, and three men 63, 93 and 95 years old); 6 in the province of Bologna (two women – one of 84 and one of 90 – and four men, one of 74, one of 83, one of 85 and one of 92); 3 in Ferrara (two men – aged 74 and 93 – and a woman aged 72); 5 in the province of Ravenna (five men: one 54, one 71, two 78 and one 92); and 1 in Rimini (a 93-year-old man). Death of a 77-year-old woman who lives outside the region. There were no deaths in the Parma and Imola provinces.
