In Tuscany they are 120,917 cases of positivity for Coronavirus, 589 more than yesterday. New cases are 0.5% more than the total of the previous day. Tuscany ranks 12th in Italy in terms of the number of cases (including residents and non-residents), with around 3,242 cases per 100,000 inhabitants (the Italian average is 3,491 x 100,000, yesterday’s figure). The reporting provinces with the highest rate are Prato with 4,050 cases x 100,000 inhabitants, Pisa with 4,004, Massa Carrara with 3,955, and the lowest Siena with 1,874.

Usually, 8,883 people are isolated at home, as they present mild symptoms that do not require hospital care, or are symptom-free (193 more than yesterday, 2.2% more).

I am 17,938 (320 less than yesterday, less 1.8%) people, also isolated, under active surveillance for having contact with infected people (ASL Center 4,267, Northwest 9,913, Southeast 3,758).

Unfortunately, today they register 27 new deaths: 12 men and 15 women with an average age of 85 years. Regarding the province of residence, the deceased are: 7 in Florence, 3 in Prato, 1 in Massa Carrara, 7 in Lucca, 5 in Pisa, 1 in Livorno, 3 in Arezzo.
