REGGIO CALABRIA A pedestrian was hit and killed by a car driven by a minor. It happened around 5pm in Reggio Calabria, in via Reggio Campi. The victim is a 37-year-old citizen of Moroccan nationality who worked in the city as a hairdresser. The man was on the phone with his wife when he was hit by the car, a Renault. The underage driver stopped and tried to help, but felt bad.
Local police officers intervened on the spot and are watching the surveillance cameras installed in the area to reconstruct the exact dynamics and even understand if there were other people present in the car besides the driver.
