Today, the Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region reported 1,120 new cases of people who tested positive for Covid-19 (of which 130 after antigenic tests), equivalent to 9% of the 12,413 swabs performed, of which 6,626 antigenic. Today in Friuli Venezia Giulia 964 new infections have been detected in 8,648 swabs (equivalent to 11.1%), of which 1,577 rapid antigenic tests. Seven died in two days (December 30 and 31, 2020) aged between 56 and 94 years. There are 9 people in home isolation, while the subjects under active surveillance are 4,870 in all of Liguria.

TUSCANY
In Tuscany there are 120,917 cases of Coronavirus positivity, 589 more than yesterday. New cases are 0.5% more than the total of the previous day and 27 new deaths are registered: 12 men and 15 women with an average age of 85 years. Those cured grew 0.4% and reached 107,381 (88.8% of all cases). The swabs made reached 1,893,356, 9,763 more than yesterday, of which 6% were positive. Instead, 3,344 subjects tested today (excluding control swabs), of which 17.6% were positive. To these are added the 3576 rapid antigenic swabs that are currently being made. The current positives are 9,836 today, + 1.6% compared to yesterday. There are 953 hospitalized (35 less than yesterday), of which 143 in intensive care (7 less). The average age of 589 cases today is around 48 years. In total, 8,883 people are isolated at home, as they have mild symptoms that do not require hospital care or do not have symptoms (193 more than yesterday, 2.2% more). UMBRIA
228 new Covid positives reported in Umbria on the first day of the new year, 29,188 in total. According to data from the Region, 2,615 swabs emerged from the analysis, 506,256, with a positive rate of 8.7% (yesterday 8.2%). He reported only one death in the last day, 625 in total and 200 cured, 24,759, with 27 currently positive more than yesterday, 3,804. There are 300 hospitalized Covid, three less than yesterday, 46, two more, in intensive care.

In Lazio today, out of more than 14 thousand swabs (-1,821 compared to yesterday) there are 1,913 positive cases of coronavirus (+146 yesterday). The deaths were 23 (-50 yesterday) and +702 cured. Cases and intensive care increase, while hospitalizations decrease. This is what emerges from the videoconference of the regional working group for Covid-19 with the general directors of the ASL and hospitals, university polyclinics and the Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital, which also included the regional health adviser, Alessio D ‘ Loved.

In the last 24 hours in the Marche region, the number of positives detected, based on molecular swabs, has still reached 700 (693 after yesterday’s 703); 70 people with symptoms. The pressure on intensive care is moderating (104 places occupied, compared to 113 in yesterday’s bulletin) while 20 new victims are registered, of which, however, 17 date from the last days and are registered only now. There are no deaths in Basilicata due to covid in the last 24 hours. This was announced by the regional working group that also reports 159 new positive cases compared to 965 swabs processed the same day, 66 recoveries were recorded. The number of people currently hospitalized in Lucanian hospitals falls to 88, of which 5 are in intensive care.

In Sardinia, a total of 31,478 positive cases have been detected since the beginning of the emergency. In the latest update of the Regional Crisis Unit, 365 new cases were detected. There are also 4 deaths (751 in total): two men and a woman from the metropolitan city of Cagliari, aged 83, 88 and 98, respectively, and a 72-year-old man residing in the province of Southern Sardinia. A total of 485,824 swabs were performed with an increase of 3,304 tests. On the other hand, 479 patients are currently hospitalized in non-intensive wards (seven less than yesterday), while the number of patients in intensive care is 42 (-4). There are 16,158 people in home isolation. The progressive number of positive cases includes 13,748 (+138) recovered patients, plus another 300 clinically recovered. In the territory, of the 31,478 positive cases verified in total, 7,060 (+86) were detected in the metropolitan city of Cagliari, 5,144 (+37) in the south of Sardinia, 2,542 (+60) in Oristano, 6,280 (+80) ) in Nuoro, 10,452 (+102) in Sassari.
