One dead and another wounded in an ambush that took place last night in Via Sedil Capuano, in Naples. At 1.15 am two people wounded by gunshots were taken to the emergency room of the Vecchio Pellegrini hospital. One of them died from his injuries: it is Ciro Caiafa, 40, father of Luigi, 17-year-old young man killed on 4 October in via Duomo in a shootout against police officers while attempting an armed robbery. The second wounded man, a 28-year-old boy with a clean record, was discharged with a 10-day prognosis: the young man suffered a gunshot wound to his left side.

They are investigating the Carabinieri from the Naples investigation unit and the Napoli Stella Company.
