What trips can I do?
You will not be able to leave the house except for reasons of health, work or necessity (in addition to the sports and motor activities that we have just mentioned), but with one important exception. In fact, it will be possible to leave the house to visit the houses of family and friends, even respecting precise rules.
Here they are: people who move cannot be more than two, unless they bring children under 14 years of age or disabled or non-self-sufficient people who live together; Tomorrow, therefore, the transfer to private homes will be allowed only once a day in a period of time between 5 and 22, then the curfew is triggered. The curfew, at night between January 31 and January 1, begins between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. – two hours longer than on other days. (Here the frequently asked questions of the government).
Can I go for a walk?
Yes, you can leave the house for a walk (with a mask, near your home) and do sports (only: a run, a bike ride)
Can I leave my municipality?
In general, it is forbidden to leave the municipality itself. There are, as mentioned above, some important exceptions: in addition to the possibility of doing it for work, health or necessity and urgency. In particular, you can go, in a maximum of two and with only one trip a day, to visit a family member or friend, even out of the ordinary (but within your own region).
Can I go with my parents or friends?
Yes, it is possible to visit family or friends but not outside the Region. But according to the rules set out above: you can’t go there if your parents’ house is outside the region; there may be no more than two people on the move, unless they bring with them children under 14 years of age or disabled or non-self-sufficient people living together; You can move to only one house per day and respecting curfew hours. The return to the home where you have residence or domicile is always allowed.
Can I go with the groom or the bride?
S: The above rules also apply to boyfriends or girlfriends. For those who are outside the Region, the government website clarifies: it is always possible to return to the Municipality in which you have residence, domicile or where you live continuously or periodically. It will allow us, for example, to bring together distant couples for work reasons but who frequently live in the same house.
Can I go home on the red days?
Yes, you are always allowed to return to your own home, the one where you have residence or domicile.
Can I leave the municipality to do the shopping?
S: As the government already explained, the purchase is one of the reasons that justify moving outside the municipality where you live if the municipality adjacent to yours has stores that are necessary for your needs, also in terms of convenience for the wallet. The movement must always be self-certified (here the self-certification form).
Can I organize a party?
No, parties are prohibited in public and private places.
Can I fire the barrels?
Yes, barrels are not banned, but the ban on collecting remains.
Can I volunteer?
Yes, they are allowed, without a time limit., the movements that reconnect to the assistance activities that are carried out, within the framework of a voluntary association, as well as those in agreement with the local authorities, for needy or disadvantaged people.
When is self-certification needed?
Starting tomorrow, the form is also used to move during the day within your municipality, as well as to enter and leave your city for proven work needs, for health reasons and for other reasons allowed by current regulations (which includes the need to care for a non-self-sufficient person who returns to his residence). The form will also be used to go to a second residence in the region or to visit friends and family with the rules established above. Those without a printer can write the self-certification by hand, tracing the model found here. If you don’t have the form with you, if the police stop you, they will fill one out: they can then run checks to verify the accuracy of the statement.
What is the time of the curfew?
On New Year’s Eve, it is forbidden to move between 10:00 p.m. (December 31) and 7:00 a.m. (January 1, 2021).
Do I need to self-certify to go to mass?
S: Mass will take place on days when Italy is in the red zone, so to leave home you will need a self-certification (you will find the form here; those who do not have a printer can write the self-certification by hand, drawing the model; yes you do not have the form with you, if the police stop you, they will fill it out: then they can carry out checks to verify the accuracy of the statement). A note from the CEI, the Italian Episcopal Conference, also recalls the circular of the Ministry of the Interior of November 7, 2020 which specifies that the places of worship to which you can go must be reasonably identified among the closest.
