On Wednesday, December 30, against 23,878 swabs, another 1,673 cases of Covid were detected in Lombardy (830 more than yesterday). The ratio between swabs performed and new positives is stable: it is 7.01%, yesterday it was 7.2. In Bresciano, another 226 people were found positive for the virus (yesterday there were 105, the day before yesterday 145).
Hospitalizations remain low, both in intensive care (-17) and in ordinary wards (-17): the total number of patients affected by Covid in hospitals in the region is 4,098. Deaths in the last 24 hours were 80; the total reached 25,038.
