Can you vote in person before January 15?

The Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers, of December 3, 2020, establishes the following directive:

Art. 1.
Urgent measures to contain the contagion throughout the national territory

Paragraph 10 letter s):

“The meetings of the collegiate bodies of schools and educational institutions of all levels continue to be held only remotely”

Subsequent provisions – note no. 28290 of the Ministry of Education and the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health of 12-24-2020 – did not show any change in terms of the methods of conducting the meetings of the collegiate bodies, including the intermediate ballots. For this reason, the same DPCM is still in force, which in article 14 provides:

“The provisions of this decree apply from the date of December 4, 2020, replacing those of the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of November 3, 2020, and are in force until January 15, 2021.”

Therefore, pending the next legislative provisions, until mid-January 2021 the voting must be done remotely.
