Vaccines, phase 1 will end earlier

Thanks to the possibility of obtaining a sixth dose from the Pfizer vaccine vial, the completion of phase 1 vaccinations in Veneto is expected to be brought forward by approximately one week, originally indicated between January 21 and 28. This was announced by the regional health director Luciano Flor, explaining that the figure of 185 thousand vaccine units actually amounts to 222 thousand. Above all, by having more vaccines available for the same deliveries, he points out, vaccination times are significantly reduced and therefore vaccination coverage times of the phase 1 categories.
