But the rule was badly written from the first day in the budget law, but despite having had a couple of months, nobody noticed. Neither Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, nor the Minister of Economy, Roberto Gualtieri, nor the heads of delegation of Pd, M5s and Iv in the Council of Ministers, nor the undersecretaries who followed the budget law on their way, nor the president of the Chamber, Roberto Fico who should have noticed it with his collaborators, not a single majority deputy in the long examinations in all the committees of the Chamber of Deputies. All the disciples of Arcuri-Cimabue, who when doing one thing are always wrong in at least two. However, the error was sensational: having renewed the 2020 text, they made those 100 euros a month as a gift permanent, but only from July to December as it had happened this year. So on the January payroll, the poor people who had received that sum up to now, which is also convenient, would have seen it magically disappear and then return with summer vacation. Everyone who has had them since 2014 would have seen their salary cut by 30 euros a month in January. And from July to December they would have recovered 20 euros, which would not have compensated for the cut suffered between January and June: in the end everyone would have lost something. Perhaps they also wanted that way, to cut the 80 euros of that Renzi who is in the soul of all the other members of the majority. How to do it now? Conte and his team have decided this year to humiliate Casellati and all senators with her, preventing a branch of Parliament from examining and possibly amending the most important law of the year. Therefore, the text cannot be corrected with a government amendment, because the modified text would have to go back to the Chamber where all the deputies have already returned home to organize the New Year and Italy would have gone directly to provisional exercise, without having approved the your budget. Bad business card in front of the European Commission, which soon has to start disbursing its Recovery Fund to a country that does not even know how to spend the gifts it wants to give. So in extremis a piece was found: a decree of law will be made just to correct that mistake that would have destroyed some 1.6 billion, unleashing the anger of the people. This will put the Head of State in an extremely embarrassing situation, forcing him to sign at the same time a law that he already knows is wrong and a decree-law that cures the irregularity. Mattarella should not sign such a decree, which is simply unworthy of being presented to him. But to defend the dignity of his office he would take 100 euros a month from millions of Italians, and this certainly carries substantial weight. He will sign, but it is an unprecedented violence to which this band of the incapable has decided to subject the Quirinale.
The accident also occurs in a donut that was born with the wrong hole from the beginning. What need was there now to give those 100 euros to taxpayers who largely belong to the public sector (the only one that has kept their salary intact in recent months) in a dramatic economic emergency such as the pandemic? Did that money no longer serve to compensate those who lost everything with the closings and were reimbursed if everything goes well at 15-20%? Wasn’t it even more fair? Not at all, they just wanted to advertise with public money. And they stubbornly did. Stumbling over his extraordinary disability.
