Today’s bulletin from the provincial health services agency confirms even today how difficult it is to counteract the spread of coronavirus and the effort being made by health care facilities, especially in the most critical cases that require hospitalization.
In detail, compared to some 1200 tests analyzed yesterday, others were found 74 new positive molecular cases while 55 have arisen thanks to antigen control.
The molecular also confirmed 25 infections that had been isolated in recent days by rapid tests. The death situation is still serious – 12 new, 10 of which occurred in the hospital, affecting 4 women and 8 men (the youngest victim was 80 years old and the oldest 100)
These are the other details: of the new positives, 46 are asymptomatic and 51 are symptomatic paucis, all followed up at home. This time there are no children under 5 years of age, but 2 infections have involved school-age children, while those over 70 are 40.
In hospitals even today admissions far exceed highsi (we are 32 against 4) therefore, the total number of hospitalized is 419 patients, of which 45, as yesterday, in resuscitation.
The number of recovered increases by 50 new cases and brings the total since the start of the pandemic to 18,337. Finally, the molecular swabs analyzed were 753, all in the Microbiology Laboratory of the Hospital Santa Chiara de Trento, while 418 rapid tests were communicated to the Sanitary Company.
