The capital, where it began to crowd around one in the morning, is almost unusable. The snowfalls also affected the provinces of Pavia, Lodi, Varese, Como, Lecco, Bergamo, Brescia, Cremona. About 15 centimeters of snow fell in Milan, so much so that the emergency plan of the Municipality was activated immediately: the first salt spreaders intervened to deal with the arrival of precipitation. Many roads are still covered in snow. The danger, due to the weight of the snow and the strong wind, is some falling trees all over town. Public transport, however, runs regularly. The snowfall should continue until 1:00 p.m., thus affecting mobility on the first day of the orange zone. In short, the lockdown continues due to bad weather.
