A new increase also in terms of hospitalizations: 17 more than yesterday, of which 4 in intensive care and 13 in the ordinary regime.

Current positives are 33,167 with a decrease of 123 new positives. The cured are 790. The distribution in the provinces see Catania 92, Palermo 197, Messina 195, Ragusa 14, Trapani 29, Siracusa 55, Agrigento 28, Caltanissetta 10, Enna 62.

There are 8,913 positives for coronavirus swabs in Italy in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health. The victims are 305. The swabs made are 59,879: yesterday they were 81,285. Today’s positivity rate is 14.88%, a further increase compared to 12.8% yesterday (+ 2%).

The table on the ministry’s website takes into account a recalculation with the data from the autonomous province of Bolzano, which had not been communicated yesterday, a note warns. Yesterday the positives in Italy were 10,407, the deaths 261. In total since the beginning of the epidemic, the registered cases are 2,047,696, the victims 71,925. Those currently positive are 581,760 (+819), those discharged and cured 1,394,011 (+7,813).

Covid-19 intensive care patients decreased by 2, in the balance between inputs and outputs, according to data from the Ministry of Health. Daily admissions are 148. In total, 2,580 people are hospitalized in intensive care. On the other hand, the people treated in ordinary rooms are 23,571, an increase of 267 units compared to yesterday. There are now 555,609 people in home isolation, an increase of 554 compared to yesterday.
