This is what the ARPAE and the regional Civil Protection establish. Yesterday a meteorological alert was issued, in several areas of Emilia-Romagna, for wind, snow, hydrogeological criticalities and sea conditions until midnight today.
For tomorrow, as explained in the alert, “temperatures below zero are expected in most of the regional territory that may even reach values between -8 and -12 degrees in the central-western sectors of the Apennines.
A worsening is also expected from the afternoon with snowfalls that, overnight, will affect the Piacenza plains of Parma. The wave height and sea level forecasts are below the attention threshold, however, considering the impacts of previous storm surges, local instability, erosion and / or flood phenomena, favored by the decline, are not excluded. from the beach and the persistent fragility of temporary embankments in some areas ”
