Cesare Rizzi has spent his life helping others. From a young age he had decided that this would be his path: in fact, he began the path to becoming a savior when he was not yet of age. For him it was one vocation.

Rizzi had been hit by a heart attack about a month ago, while in the car with a friend of hers between Sarche and Dro. I was following the path of rehabilitation within theHermitage, in Arco, but in the last days its conditions are worsen.

He was rushed to the Santa Chiara Hospital, where he died on Wednesday at the age of 53. The funeral will be held tomorrow Monday December 28, at 10 within the church of Cristo Re in Trento.

Rizzi is originally from Campitello di Fassa, in Val di Fassa, but then had moved to Trento. He had lived in Largo Nazario Sauro for years, but was known throughout the province.

In Piana Rotaliana was part of the white cross for more than fifteen years, while in Val di Non he had worked for six years as savior of 118 de Cles. The funeral home was installed at the headquarters of the White Cross in Mezzolombardo. Many people went to visit him.

Inside the White Cross there was a instructor and many have grown up thanks to his teachings. Rizzi leaves mother Pinuccia, sisters, children Jimmy and Arianna, the current couple Alessandra and four other children. He was already the grandfather of three grandchildren and was waiting for the fourth to arrive.
