There are 544 new cases of positivity for Covid-19 infection, registered today in Puglia. Only 2,391 tests carried out at present: the highest number of positives was registered in the province of Foggia (254); 161 cases in Bari, 52 in Brindisi, 27 in Bat, 29 in the province of Lecce and 18 in Tarantino. To these, there are also 3 cases attributed to residents outside the region.
The death toll remains high: 25 those registered today of which 10 in the province of Bari, 1 in Bat, 5 in the province of Brindisi, 5 in Foggiano, 2 in the province of Lecce and 2 in the province of Taranto.
Recovered patients amount to 30,093, while active cases are 53,790, of which 52,197 in home isolation and 1,593 hospitalized.
Since the beginning of the emergency, 1,006,794 tests have been carried out, the total of positive cases of Covid in Puglia is 86,218, divided as follows: 33,212 in the province of Bari, 9,926 in the province of Bat, 6,226 in the Brindisi province, 19,104 in the province of Foggia, 6,678 in the province of Lecce, 10,497 in the province of Taranto, 494 attributed to residents outside the region, 81 of unknown residence.
