The first anti-covid vaccination in our region will begin at 2:00 p.m. tomorrow, Sunday, December 27, with the administration of the first doses of the Pfizer-BioNtech vaccine to 975 regional health professionals. Doctors and nurses, therefore, giving priority to vaccinators who will be at the forefront of this campaign, distributed as follows: 50 in Piacenza, 100 in Parma, 100 in Reggio Emilia, 150 in Modena, 225 (+50 for a CRA) Bologna (including the staff of the Orthopedic Institutes of Rizzoli), 25 in Imola, 50 in Ferrara and 225 in the territory of the AUSL of Romagna.
Only one first outpost of the “army” of about 180 thousand professionals, among those who work in health (92 thousand 600 employees) and those of facilities for the elderly and disabled (84 thousand 600 people), which constitutes the first section of the population that in line with that provided by the Ministry of Health will be subjected to vaccination in Emilia-Romagna.
