A 62-year-old man was denounced by the police headquarters of Pisa on charges of sexual violence against a minor. According to what was reported, the man would have directed sexual gratitude to his partner’s daughter, only 16 years. The woman had had the girl from another relationship. Not only that, because the 62-year-old girl – of Filipino origin – has also groped the girl several times. The victim herself, in order to escape the violence perpetrated by the man, would have locked herself in the room, thus escaping the attempts of harassing approach.
Once the mother has come home, the girl was able to accuse the man, telling what happened. At that time, the police officers went to the house, which is located in Pisa, for investigations. The man, after the episodes told by the girl, was denounced on charges of sexual violence. The 16-year-old, on the other hand, was placed in a protected structure, following a decision made in agreement with the Pisa Prosecutor’s Office and that of the Florence Juvenile Court. The decision was made to allow the young woman to get away from the family context and ensure her greater serenity while waiting for what happened to be fully clarified.
According to local newspapers, the events took place on the day of Christmas, December 25th. The man would have been surprised by his partner, upon his return, while trying to carry out acts of violence against his daughter. The police intervened at the scene and then took the whole family to the police station. The woman is the mother of two children, of another man. She was heard with her daughter and both allegedly accused the man, who however did not admit what happened.
