Today in Friuli Venezia Giulia 766 new infections have been detected in 7,121 smears (equivalent to 10.7%), of which 1,286 come from rapid antigenic tests. There are 19 deaths, plus an additional prior death added to the system today. Admissions in intensive care units drop to 54 and those of other departments drop by 10 units to 572.
This was announced by the Deputy Governor responsible for Health, Riccardo Riccardi.
People who have tested positive for the virus in the region since the start of the pandemic amounted to a total of 48,465. The deaths totaled 1,534, with the following territorial subdivision: 432 in Trieste, 689 in Udine, 315 in Pordenone and 98 in Gorizia. The totally cured are 32,979, the clinically cured 702, while the people in isolation are reduced to 11,458.
